Senior Business Development Professional: Position requires a minimum of 4 years of senior level business development/sales responsibility. Experience working with technology firms and/or major consumer electronics companies a plus. In this role, you will influence consumer electronics manufacturers’ decisions as to when and what HD Radio products to develop and launch. You will be measured according to your ability to successfully increase the number of HD Radio receiver products launched into the consumer marketplace.

A College degree is required. Background working within Intellectual Property companies is advantageous. The successful candidate should be accustomed to working within a matrix organization and have a proven track record of selling technology solutions into major companies. Examples include software sales, selling engineering solutions and outsourced technology services. This position requires knowledge of the consumer electronics retail market, consumer electronics product development, aptitude to understand electrical engineering and software development and the desire to take on challenging projects. Salary will be commensurate with experience and will include performance oriented incentives.

Basking Ridge, New Jersey

DSP Engineer: 5+ years of experience in C and Assembly coding for modern DSPs preferably TI C64x. Should be able to write a highly optimized code making use of the parallel instructions. Understanding of digital signal processing algorithms, such as FFT, FIR, IIR etc, is a must. Should demonstrate knowledge of fixed point formats and constraints. Experience with RISC processors is a plus.
