A College degree is required. Background working within Intellectual Property companies is advantageous. The successful candidate should be accustomed to working within a matrix organization and have a proven track record of selling technology solutions into major companies. Examples include software sales, selling engineering solutions and outsourced technology services. This position requires knowledge of the consumer electronics retail market, consumer electronics product development, aptitude to understand electrical engineering and software development and the desire to take on challenging projects. Salary will be commensurate with experience and will include performance oriented incentives.

DSP Engineer: 5+ years of experience in C and Assembly coding for modern DSPs preferably TI C64x. Should be able to write a highly optimized code making use of the parallel instructions. Understanding of digital signal processing algorithms, such as FFT, FIR, IIR etc, is a must. Should demonstrate knowledge of fixed point formats and constraints. Experience with RISC processors is a plus.
