iBiquity Digital's Scott Stull Promoted to Vice President

Columbia, Maryland – April 14, 2005 – iBiquity Digital Corporation, the sole developer of digital HD Radio™ technology, announced today that it has promoted Scott Stull to the position of vice president of Broadcast Business Development. Stull will continue to lead the iBiquity team responsible for driving the licensing and conversion of HD Radio stations and commercialization of broadcast equipment.

“Since joining iBiquity Digital in 1999, Scott has been instrumental in developing working agreements with leading transmission equipment manufacturers and broadcasters,” said Jeffrey Jury, chief operating officer of iBiquity Digital Corporation. “His work with these parties has played an important role in accelerating the pace of the HD Radio rollout. This promotion recognizes the growing number of stations committed to HD Radio in the US, and increased interest in other markets. .”

Prior to joining iBiquity, Stull was Director of Development at EducAide Software, a San Francisco area developer of database systems. He studied mathematics and education at the Pennsylvania State University and earned his BS in engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
