Clear Channel Radio Now Offering Digital Broadcasts on 65 of its Radio Stations
San Antonio , Texas , January 5, 2005 - Clear Channel Radio today announced that 65 of its radio stations are now airing digital radio broadcasts, using iBiquity Digital Corporation's HD Radio™ technology. Earlier this year, Clear Channel Radio announced its Advanced Technology Initiative, which includes an aggressive conversion to HD Radio™ on 1000 of its stations over the next three years. Clear Channel Radio's accelerated roll-out of digital radio will provide more advanced services for radio listeners and advertisers.
